First off, Kim was the best person to work with on the purchase of our first home. She was attentive to what we wanted and needed in our home. As first time home buyers, she answered any and all questions that came her way. We could tell that Kim was very passionate about her job and helping us find our forever home. The Market wasn't so great to us starting off with two homes that we had put offers in were not selected. Right when we started giving up, we found the home that we wanted. We reached out right away to Kim, set up an appointment to view the home, and fell in love! We were the only offer submitted until the last hour. However, with Kim's negotiation skills and contract work, our offer was selected! We have now been in the home almost a month, and are ecstatic at where we are at. I can't say enough good things about Kimberly. My wife and I met with Kimberly and told her we were in the very early process of buying a home in Sun City Lincoln Hills. We figured we were still a few months out from making an offer but needed to look at the different models to see which one would work best for us. She showed us a half dozen homes and as it turned out we found the perfect home on that first day. We were totally unprepared for that eventuality, but we wanted this house.
